Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiableinformation (“PII”) is anyinformation that may be capable of
identifying of aperson, and may includesuch information as one’s name, address,
email address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.
You are not required to submit PII to us when you browse pages and/or content on this
Site, and we will not collect PII from you when you do so.
If you would like to make a reservation through the Site, or apply to own a vacation at
one of our resorts, we will request that you complete aformand/or register with us
through the Site, and voluntarily provide certain information to us as part of the
reservation or applicationprocess.
The information requested may include such PII as your name, address, telephone
number, email address, occupation, marital status, and household income. We request,
collect, use, and store this information in order to respond to your specific reservation or
vacation purchase requests, to determine your eligibility for discounts, and to
communicate with you, including send you promotional offers and otherinformation. If
you do not want us to collect, use, and store your PII for these purposes, please do not
complete aform or register through the Site, and do not provide this information to us.
When you voluntarily provide your PII to us by completing aform or registering through
the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your PII in the manners and

If you have registeredwith us through the Site, you will be able to log in to your account

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA ONLY.Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code

categories of customers’ PII with third parties. These businesses are required to accept
requests for disclosures of these policies from customers but are only required to honor
