Summary: The PM Technician provides manpower for the Maintenance Supervisor and aides in unit efficiency, building maintenance and outside grounds. Responsible for general building maintenance, service calls, planned preventative maintenance, pool upkeep and landscaping,

overall building knowledge, to identify abnormal maintenance conditions. Respond to emergency situations and full knowledge of emergency procedures. Respond to daily log entries for maintenance. Produces reports for housekeeping/maintenance and ensures all logs are up to date, responsible for supplies inventory.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*Responsible for general building maintenance, service calls, planned preventative maintenance, pool upkeep and landscaping.

*Overall building knowledge, to identify abnormal maintenance conditions.

*Respond to emergency situations and full knowledge of emergency procedures.

*Respond to daily log entries for maintenance

*Produces reports for housekeeping/maintenance and ensures all logs are up to date.

*Responsible for supplies inventory.

Position Qualifications:
To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Maintenance Assistants should have a HS diploma, should have general repair experience, knowledge of basic hand tools. While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is commonly required to stand, climb stairs, talk or hear. Additionally, employees in this position are frequently required to walk, use hands to lift, place, handle and feel, stoop, kneel and crouch when stocking , shelving, etc. Employees must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Lifting items over 25 pounds will be done with equipment or two or more employees.

Compensaton: Min. Rate $9.00 Max Rate $12.00 an hour

 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

* Hourly Rate plus Commissions and Bonus
