Summary: The PM Technician provides manpower for the Maintenance Supervisor and aides in unit efficiency, building maintenance and outside grounds. Provides maintenance regarding general mechanics to resort common areas and units and returns the unit back to the housekeeping department in a reasonably clean condition. Has a support responsibility to all functional officers, directors and managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*Responsible for general building maintenance, service calls, planned preventative maintenance, pool upkeep and landscaping.

*Overall building knowledge, to identify abnormal maintenance conditions.

*Respond to emergency situations and full knowledge of emergency procedures.

*Respond to daily log entries for maintenance

*Produces reports for housekeeping/maintenance and ensures all logs are up to date.

*Responsible for supplies inventory.

Position Qualifications:
To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions *Maintenance Assistants should have a HS diploma.Should have general repair experience .
