Front Desk Night Auditor

Front Desk Night Auditor

Status:  Full Time

Summary:           Responsible for preparing and posting the nightly audit and accompanying reports for the resort.  Provides service to customers, answers inquiries pertaining to the resort services, registration of owners and guests and travel directions.  Responsible for handling, communicating and coordinating owner/client need with the appropriate departments necessary to perform excellent customer service, while performing specific front office activities.  Has a support responsibility to all functional officers, directors and managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 * Provides customer service and support to owners/guests with questions and  inquiries via phone, e-mail, direct mail  and direct contact.   Provides an enjoyable and efficient check in and  check out environment.   Educates the owners on usage, activities and area events.    Performs periodic maintenance and vacancy inspections on clean/vacant units and reports discrepancies via proper channels.

 * Resolves minor complaints and discrepancies.

  * Performs daily activities and scheduled tasks with direct computer interaction.

  * Processes payments for maintenance/assessment fees, mortgages, reservations,   retail merchandise and activities.

   * Reconciles shift activity reports, performs key and folio audits, resort daily audits and related reports.  Corrects and reports discrepancies or inconsistencies

       immediately to the Property Manager.

  * Checks guests in and out using proper procedures.

   * Conducts switchboard operations and relays guest’s messages.

 * Updates address information for owners.

 * Provides area information to owners/clients.

 * Enforces resort policies and procedures.

 * Contact local resorts and hotel competitors for current rates/availability  strategically uses information to make current rate adjustments.

 * Coordinates housekeeping and maintenance reported requests and follows up with  guests on completion.

 * Makes and confirms reservations.

 * Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.

 Position Qualifications:

 Education and/or Experience:

The Front Desk Night Auditor should have a high school diploma. Prior computer experience and/or customer service experience are highly preferred.

Part-Time Van Driver

Provides a safe and enjoyable means of transportation to and from the resort and planned activities.  Has a support responsibility to all functional officers, directors and managers. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 *Safely transports owners and guests to and from desired location.

 *Van maintenance, cleaning and refueling.  Immediately reports maintenance deficiencies or inspection/registration expiration’s to the Activities Coordinator.

 *Assist in activities when needed

 *Takes input from guests and owners

 * Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates

Preventative Maintenance Technician

Summary: The PM Technician provides manpower for the Maintenance Supervisor and aides in unit efficiency, building maintenance and outside grounds. Responsible for general building maintenance, service calls, planned preventative maintenance, pool upkeep and landscaping,

overall building knowledge, to identify abnormal maintenance conditions. Respond to emergency situations and full knowledge of emergency procedures. Respond to daily log entries for maintenance. Produces reports for housekeeping/maintenance and ensures all logs are up to date, responsible for supplies inventory.

Lifting items over 25 pounds will be done with equipment or two or more employees.

Marketing Intern

Duties to include:
~Prepares, organizes and sends on-line email campaigns, newsletters, surveys, polls and blogs

~Proposes strategies on increasing penetration and respondences to marketing campaigns

~Generates mail-outs and prepares reports detailing results of company marketing programs

~Maintains DNC compliance records and ensures all numbers are properly submitted through the National Do Not Call registry

~Provides marketing support for on-site activities, luncheons, and promotions

~Assist with creation of new marketing programs
